Introduction
Pepsi is a soft drink produced and manufactured by PepsiCo. Pepsi has official sponsorship deals with three of the four major North American professional sports leagues: the National Football League, National Hockey League and Major League Baseball. Pepsi also has sponsorship deals in international cricket teams.
Coke
Coke was actually just as popular as Pepsi, only more expensive to produce due to using real sugar; they only changed to HFCS to rival Pepsi's higher profit margin. Coke reverted back to the basic can design, all red with just the logo, no more of the little bubbles all over the place and multiple swoosh's. Coke must be rolling with laughter seeing that their rivals are killing the brand with their own hands.
Diet
Diet Pepsi artificial-sweetener variant Pepsi Free: The first major-brand caffeine-free cola introduced in 1982. Diet Pepsi is reformulated with NutraSweet (aspertame) brand sweetener. Diet Pepsi: same exact thing as Pepsi,except the logo smile is smaller, has a small light brown circle around it, and it's on a white background with additional brown type that says "O grams of sug" or something like that. Diet Can Silver does not stand out at all.
Mountain Dew
Mountain Dew introduces the popular theme line, "Get Vertical. Mountain Dew will be renamed as “Mtn Dew” on packages, and Diet Pepsi Max will be known as simply Pepsi Max. Mountain Dew should go 'retro' and bring back the hillbilly and the slogan 'Yahoo,Mountain Dew, they'll tickle your innards' On Oct. mountain dew has always been the only pepsi product i drink on a regular basis, so that one bugs me the most. Mountain Dew needs to be spelled out, period. Mountain Dew is the edgy Pepsico's edgiest product.
